Liposomal Vitamin C is a soy lecithin encapsulated ascorbic acid. Us, along with fruit bats and great apes, are among the few who have stopped producing Vitamin C from our livers, and as a result we need large amounts from fruits. See how to make your own here. You can also make liposomal vitamin c from cherry skins, it is a little more expensive, but provide b vitamins and anti-oxidants Enter the ASMR nutrition forums for more.

When purchasing a calf lung or brain from the supermarket, the vitamin c content is extremely high, and the liposomal Vitamin C allows ascorbic acid to travel through the blood, as our blood cells are lipids, without being passed through the kidneys, resulting in absorption 7+ times over than through I.V. delivery.

Our blood is made of Lipids, which act as a fatty carrier of essential elements. When ascorbic acid from fruits enters our system it is metabolized through the liver, essentially altering our livers original function to metabolize glucose.

Much of the vitamin c in fruits, must cross the blood brain barrier, and when encapsulated in lipids, it does so much more effectively.

A great example to prove to yourself the power of liposomal vitamin c, is to wipe an air filter, preferably one with tobacco tars, with your finger, and then dab on some ascorbic acid. You will notice immediately, that the tars become smooth.
